I finally have a new sample for you all. This has been a pretty slow week. Anyways, Click here and answer a few questions and see if you "Qualify". Most who qualify suffer 7 days a week and have to take meds 7 day's a week. After you Qualify you can then fill in your shipping information. After you submit you will have to confirm your e-mail address when they send you an e-mail. Says 6-8 weeks for delivery.
