I submitted my favorite breakfast recipe! It's called Jimmy Dean Sausage Pie and it is the BEST! You can also substitute the sausage with 1 lbd of hamburger and make Cheese Burger pie! Here is the recipe just in case you are interested:
Jimmy Dean Sausage Pie (YUM)
1lb Jimmy dean sausage
1 large onion chopped
3 large potatoes peeled and cubed
1/2 tsp of salt
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or more if your like me and LOVE cheese!!)
1/2 cup original Bisquick mix
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1) Heat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 9″ glass pie plate with cooking spray. In a pan cook Sausage, onion and potatoes over Medium-High heat until sausage is browned and potatoes are cooked through (I use a lid on the pan so it cooks a lot faster by steaming). Drain. Stir in salt. Spread in pie plate and sprinkle with cheese.
2) Stir in remaining ingredients in medium bowl with a wire whisk or fork until blended. Pour over meat and potato mixture.
3) Bake about 25 min or until knife comes out clean.
