Walmart has a new sample pack to request. This one is for Crest! It's been available for a few days but it was acting all funky so I didn't want to post it until I was sure it would work for everyone.
Click here then click on the "Get free samples" button on the bottom right of the Crest ad. You can then fill in your info and submit. This one says 4-6 weeks for delivery.
