Tylenol has a website you can join called, Keep Moving, at no charge! You’ll enjoy access to exclusive articles, helpful tips, and guided workouts. I have also heard they send you a FREE pedometer and DVD just for signing up! I signed up and it said they would send a "special gift" (UPDATE: Special gift is a strech workout band) so I guess we will see what is in the gift when it gets here. Click here to sign up!
